We present here a draft of a statement at the time of the 50th anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution. We use this form to get the comments, the questions, the discussion that is necessary to revise this document to achieve a finished and satisfactory whole. We also use this form to elicit the financial contributions that are essential to achieve, finally, a printed book. The reader’s aid is sought in both respects.
