New York: The Anti-Imperialist League is holding a lecture on “What Is Behind the Bolivian-Paraguayan War” tonight at 50 East 13th Street (Workers Center), Room 205, at 8:30 p. m. The speaker, Albert Moreau, instructor on Colonial Problems at the Workers School, has already lectured for the League this summer on the Chilean Situation.
