Wang Zhen (王震; April 11, 1908March 12, 1993) was a Chinese military and political figure who was one of the "Eight Elders", or "Eight Immortals", of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).  Wang took part in the Long March, and fought in the civil war against Kuomingtang troops during which time he lead one of the seven columns of the Northwest Field Army, under the command of Peng Dehuai.  He was head of the military government in Xinjiang from 1950 to 1952.

Wang was Vice-Premier of the People's Republic of China (1975-1980) under Premiers Zhou Enlai and Hua Guofeng, the 4th Vice President of China (1988-1993) under Chinese Presidents Yang Shangkun and Li Xiannian. Wang Zhen was also the first Vice Chairman to serve in the Central Advisory Commission, under Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping, from 1982 to 1985.
