1) Directives to be given to Izvestia and Pravda to become more of a production than a political organ and to teach all newspapers of the R.S.F.S,R. to do the same;

2) Bednota to be turned into a production newspaper featuring concrete material and aimed at bringing the peasants and workers, agriculture and industry, closer together.
